Payment Policy
Payments must be made by credit card only. (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
NOTE: Payments must be received in order to process your registration. Please do not make non-refundable travel arrangements until you receive payment confirmation from us.
Substitution/Cancellation Policy
Substitutions may be made without additional charge. All requests for substitutions or cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation on or before September 27, 2010 will be issued a 70% refund (a 30% administrative fee per person will be retained). Cancellations received between September 28, 2010 and October 25, 2010 will be issued a refund of 50%. After October 25, 2010, no refund will be issued. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
