Student Information Systems (SIS) staff consists of the Manager for SIS, Database Administrator, Software Application Developer, and Technical Support. The SIS staff serves student, faculty and staff in offices and areas across the School of Public Health in support of administrative applications such as OASIS, MyHSPH, “ALICE”, PowerFAIDS and required system interfaces with central Account Receivables system.  With “ALICE”, students can register for courses, view course schedule, account and transcripts information online. Faculty can access class lists, grade entry and degree audit information for advising in the near future.

The SIS team and users from Student Services and academic departments evaluate, select, purchase, implement and maintain system software related to the supported applications. The current supported applications include:
