Regalia Information
Ordering Regalia
Even if you have ordered regalia from the COOP in the past, as the COOP does not retain these records, you will need to provide the following information: Your full name (spelling your last name), you telephone number, your highest degree and the school you received it from, your height, and your weight. Be sure to mention that you are HSPH faculty, as rental costs will be paid for by the Office of Faculty Affairs.
Where to Order
You can order your regalia at HSPH (Kresge Cafeteria) during the following times:
- Tuesday, April 8th: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Wednesday, April 9th: 11:30 am - 4:30 pm
In person: The Harvard Medical Coop is located at 333 Longwood Ave. across from Children’s Hospital. Regular Coop hours are Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday: 11:00am - 5:00pm

Pick up your regalia - May 31 through June 5
Please plan to pick up your regalia at the COOP between May 31 and June 5. Be sure you have the correct gown, hood and cap before you leave the COOP so that incorrect items can be exchanged on the spot. If you ordered regalia in person you will be given an order slip which you will present when you pick up your regalia. Orders placed by phone or fax will not receive order slips.
Return your regalia - by Saturday, June 14th
Each faculty member is responsible for returning his or her regalia directly to the COOP by June 14. There is a $25.00 late fee if the regalia are not returned by this date. The full cost of regalia (up to $800) will be charged for any regalia not returned. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the faculty member, so we encourage you to get a receipt when you return your regalia.
