If you are attending the commencement ceremony, you will be able to pick up your diploma AFTER the formal ceremony at the reception. As students walk across the stage, they are handed a copy of the International Declaration of Human Rights, not their actual diploma. When you pick up your tickets you will be provided with information about where in the Kresge building your department's diplomas will be handed out at the reception. Students will need a photo ID to pick up their diploma.

If you are NOT attending the commencement ceremony, you can either pick up your diploma at HSPH sometime after the ceremony or make arrangements to have it mailed to you. Complete information can be found on the Diploma Dispersal Form which should be returned to the Registrar's Office .
