Family invitation letters are for international students who have families who will need to obtain a visa to come for Commencement. The Office for Student Affairs will write a letter of invitation stating that the student is graduating. Students are responsible for picking up the letters in the OSA and posting them to the embassy. Letters traditionally take 3-4 business days to process after the form is delivered to the OSA.
