As a November 2007 or March 2008 graduate, you are eligible to attend the June 5, 2008 commencement ceremonies at Harvard School of Public Health. Please check out the Commencement Corner website at www.hsph.harvard.edu/commencement for information about the day. This website is the place where all the information about commencement will be communicated, so we ask that you check it regularly (starting in February) so that you are aware of deadlines and activities. It will be updated regularly starting in February, and it currently has a FAQ section that will help you understand the ceremonies.
Be aware that in order to attend the HSPH ceremony, you will need to RSVP though this website. You will also need to order your cap and gown from the COOP, and information on this process can be found on Commencement Corner. The deadline for both of these requirements occur in late April.
Please understand that you will only be receiving electronic communications about commencement, so it is important that you keep in touch with us and keep an eye on the Commencement Corner website if you want to attend the ceremony. Since your HSPH emails will soon be inactive, PLEASE EMAIL ME BACK AND LET ME KNOW WHAT EMAIL ADDRESS YOU WILL BE USING. I will send you reminder emails about deadlines and need to know how to reach you.
Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about the commencement ceremonies. Congratulations on your graduation, and I hope to see many of you again in June!
Sincerely,
Brittany Marshall
