Please note that the following dates are set up to coincide with the dates of the academic term.  You can only request to move in during the dates below if you are enrolled in classes for that academic term. 

Saturday, June 28:  Summer I Move-In

Friday, July 25: Summer I Move-Out

Sunday, July 27:  Summer II Move-In

Saturday, August 16:  Summer II Move-Out

Sunday, August 17: PCS Move-In (PCS is a supplemental educational program for International Students.  For more information on the PCS Program:  Click Here)

Satruday, August 23:  Academic Year Move-In

Rent Rates

Rent rates below are based on summer session and/or academic year lease terms. Rent ranges are based on apartment size and location in the building. All rent rates include utilities and basic furnishings. A $1000 security deposit is required. Visit the FAQ page to find out how rent is paid.
