Rent rates below are based on academic year lease terms. Rent rates for students living in Shattuck during the summer will be pro-rated to reflect their lease terms. See above for specific lease dates.
Rent ranges are based on apartment size and location in the building. All rent rates include utilities and basic furnishings. A $1000 security deposit is required. Please visit the FAQ page to find out how rent is paid.
