This area of The Studio is ready with pre-set video lighting for a variety of on-camera participant configurations.

Critical production and networking equipment are adjacent to The Studio in this space dedicated to Studio operation.

Cherry wood pocket doors slide closed to conceal the large screen when not in use, for branding or presentation.

Automated shades for corridor and exterior windows improve acoustics while eliminating conflicting light sources during events.

LED video lighting is fully configurable for a variety of on-camera participant layouts. The lighting does not throw heat and is comfortable for participants. The Studio's architectural lighting is pre-set for several room modalities assuring correct color balance when video cameras are in use.

Four high-definition cameras are permanently installed and are controlled by an operator in the Studio Control Room. Each is capable of panning, zooming and tilting.

Two high-definition cameras can be used as hand-held or on tripods. These cameras allow an operator to respond quickly to live-action to augment the robotic installed cameras. The portable cameras allow for flexible placement in the studio or for video recording outside of the studio as components of a portable production kit.

Program Monitors – A high fidelity sound system accompanies the large display monitor.

Ceiling Speakers – Multiple installed speakers provide voice reinforcement during events.

Microphones – A variety of wired and wireless microphone options are available for individual presenters. Ceiling mounted microphones provide sound pick-up of the audience space.

A 103" display monitor is available for your custom branding image or logo, presentation graphics or video. This includes video from DVD, Blu-ray, Internet, or HDTV. During videoconferences this is where you will view participants at remote locations.

This portable monitor can be used for presentation graphics, videos or remote videoconferencing participants during events.

This device installed over a portable monitor permits users to mark up presentation graphics or videos and record those notations for other uses. The display also functions as a white-board, similarly able to record what is written or drawn.

A custom-designed podium incorporates several distinctive features: a branding panel on its front surface can be removed and replaced; an installed monitor displays images used on other devices in The Studio so the speaker can see them; the podium height is adjustable; and a task light and microphones help to assure a quality presentation. The podium can be positioned anywhere in The Studio.
