Working at the intersection of academic, private, public, and civil sectors to mobilize resources and knowledge for social impact and development.

RESEARCH INTERESTS:
• Environmental sustainability and the role of the private sector
•Social entrepreneurship in the context of sustainable development
•Innovation health systems design and delivery
•Knowledge exchange and knowledge translation to strengthen health and education systems in the Arab countries

TEACHING PROJECTS:
• Launching SHDH510 in Spring 2013: Social Entrepreneurship in Health and the Environment
• Working on PH278x to be launched in Summer 2013: Climate Change and Human Health, part of edx
•Developed and delivered an action-oriented, hans-on course for current and aspiring practitioners of sustainable development and social entrepreneurship:
