Internal Scientific Advisory Committee

The Internal Scientific Advisory Committee, chaired by Dr. Karen Emmons, an experienced cancer prevention researcher with a long track record of collaborative research, includes well-established cancer and obesity epidemiologists, basic scientists, oncologists, behavioral scientists, and leading experts in genetic epidemiology and statistics. The SAC will evaluate the Center’s progress, make scientific recommendations, assist in the development of effective transdisciplinary collaborations, and provide advice on future directions.
