Ryan Wai Fung Fu worked with the Population Council in Bangladesh on a multi-country voucher and accreditation evaluation study. This project undertakes a series of comprehensive evaluations of selected demand-side health financing programs to generate evidence for national governments and their development partners to learn the impact of the financial scheme and to include other services or to support transition to another business model. Ryan constructed a composite index on quality of maternal health services by using the data collected through client exit interviews and the observation of client-provider interactions. He also prepared a technical report by analyzing the in-depth interviews conducted with program managers and service providers.
