This spring the School hired Ronnie Mae Weiss, MSW,to serve as the new HSPH Work/Life Liaison. This is a new position and the first of its kind at the University. Ronnie Mae has shaped her career around an ongoing, passionate commitment to developing a variety of services to help faculty and staff achieve a balance between work and life. She is experienced at developing and facilitating educational/support programs and resources to address families’ most pressing concerns. Ronnie Mae has experience in work life related issues – including child care and elder care – and will provide guidance and new programs to the HSPH community.

Judith D. Singer named senior vice provost for Faculty Development and Diversity
Judith D. Singer, the James Bryant Conant Professor of Education and former academic dean at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE), has been named senior vice provost for Faculty Development and Diversity at Harvard University, Provost Steven E. Hyman announced on June 17.
