This study will test our hypothesis that the use of a computerized version of IMCI will improve adherence to the IMCI protocols without substantially increasing the time required for each visit and be acceptable to both health workers and patients. The study will consist of a trained clinician/observer recording care provided to sick children in clinics. Clinicians will be following the standard IMCI guidelines using either a paper based or electronic form. The observer will record the providers’ adherence with the standard as well as the time needed for each visit.
