Lopinavir/ritonavir + zidovudine to prevent perinatal HIV in Thailand

The primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy, safety and tolerance of a single dose of nevirapine given to women at onset of labor and to their infant 48 to 72 hours after birth, in addition to the current zidovudine regimen given in Thailand.
