The Robert Wood Johnson Scholars in Health Policy Research Program has three university sites: Harvard, Michigan, and Berkeley. The Program has been at Harvard since August 2005 and has been very successful in recruiting excellent people to be Scholars and in encouraging interactions among faculty across the University. The Program has 8 Scholars in residence every year. They are all post-docs in the disciplines of economics, political science, and sociology. The objective of the Program is to enable the Scholars to learn about health policy issues and topics so they can conduct research and be able to teach about health issues upon completion of their post-doctoral fellowship.
