  Logistic KM Test This file contins the R-function for the Logistic Kernel Machine Regression test for testing the significance of a SNP set using the flexible kernel machine regression framework. 

Note: This function may also be used for non-genetic data, but genetic specific kernels, e.g. IBS, may not be well defined.
