Registration Details and Rates
All attendees, especially students and post-docs, are strongly encouraged to submit an abstract for poster or platform presentation. Top abstracts will be selected for Stellar Abstract Awards and to be presented as 10-minute platform talks. Each of these speakers will receive an award of up to $500 for travel assistance or other conference expenses.
Registration rates will differ based on the submission of abstracts and the time of registration. The deadline to submit abstracts is October 10, 2020.
Registration includes print and handout materials, breakfast both days, lunch and a reception on Thursday, and break refreshments.
Student Rates:
- $150 – rate for registration with abstract submission, before September 14, 2020
- $220 – rate for registration without abstract submission, before September 14, 2020
- $250 – rate for registration after September 14, 2020
Postdoc Rates:
- $150 – rate for registration with abstract submission, before September 14, 2020
- $280 – rate for registration without abstract submission, September 14, 2020
- $310 – rate for registration after September 14, 2020
Faculty/Research Scientist Rates:
- $320 – rate for registration before September 14, 2020
- $370 – rate for registration after September 14, 2020
Corporate Rates:
- $450 – rate for registration before September 14, 2020
- $520 – rate for registration after September 14, 2020
