2018 PQG Conference
Coordinating director Xihong Lin chaired the PQG’s 12th annual conference, hosting speakers and participants from all over the world to discuss topics related to the theme of “Biobanks: Study Design and Data Analysis”.
Hail Tutorial
The PQG and the Broad Institute co-hosted “Scale with Hail: Genomic Analysis in the Biobank Era“, a tutorial on Hail– a free, open-source, general-purpose, Python-based data analysis tool with additional data types and methods for working with genomic data.
