Workshop description:
This workshop will teach you basic concepts of Python programming. This workshop covers the fundamentals of Python, including basic syntax, list, loops, functions, and conditional statements. The workshop is practical and hands-on. By the end of this workshop, students should be able to create Python scripts and perform some simple programming tasks.
This is a free, hands-on workshop available to all Harvard affiliates. There is no prerequisite for this workshop.
Preparation Instructions:
- To complete this workshop, you will need a computer and a Google account (to access Colab). There is no need to install Python or any other tool.
- You will also need stable internet access and the Zoom app. If you do not have the Zoom app installed, you can find installation instructions and more information from HUIT here.
