Congratulations to Assistant Professor of Clinical Epidemiology and Nutrition and Biostats alumnus Mingyang Song, SM ’14, who is a recipient of the Dean’s Fund for Scientific Advancement! Dr. Song received an Activation Award for his project titled “Microbiome-based approach for improved colorectal cancer prevention with dietary fiber and beyond.” Activation Awards represent a critical component of the funding program and are intended to support idea generation for junior faculty.
