Special Webinar by Xihong Lin on Analysis of 25, 000+ COVID-19 cases in Wuhan: Epidemiological characteristics and effects of non-pharmaceutical interventions

Please join us for a Zoom webinar featuring Xihong Lin, Professor of Biostatistics at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Professor of Statistics at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Harvard University. Dr. Lin will present recent research analyzing the 25,000+ lab-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Wuhan until February 18, 2020, as outlined in a new paper, “Evolving Epidemiology and Impact of Non-pharmaceutical Interventions on the Outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 in Wuhan, China”. The findings could provide timely information on strategy development in US and other countries. The pre-print is available at MedXriv and a key summary of the findings can be found at this tweet.

The seminar will be held by Zoom, and will take place on Friday, March 13 from 1:00 -2:00 pm.
