Estimating Public Health Impacts from Individual Power Plants

This paper provides a way to quickly estimate impacts of other emissions sources in and around the mid-Atlantic and Great Lakes region of the United States. It can be used to help estimate the environmental impacts of other pollution sources, benefits of changes to the electrical grid, effects of policy choices, and policy design.
