Timothy R. Rebbeck is the founding director of the Zhu Family Center for Global Cancer Prevention at the Harvard Chan School. He leads multicenter studies of cancer etiology, outcomes, health disparities, and global health. This work involves international cancer consortia that study hereditary breast and ovarian cancers and prostate cancer in men of African descent in North America and Africa. Faculty page

Barbra’s Dickerman’s research is focused on using methods in causal inference and machine learning and the vast amount of information available in health care to improve and personalize cancer control. She is the co-director of the VA-CAUSAL Methods Core, an initiative of the U.S. Veterans Health Administration to integrate high-quality data and explicitly causal methodologies in a nationwide learning health system. Susan Legere

Senior Program Manager

As the Zhu Center’s Senior Program Manager, Susan will be charged with developing, implementing and expanding projects and partnerships aimed at improved cancer prevention and early detection. Susan brings years of experience in higher education project management, most recently at the Harvard Medical School Office for Diversity Inclusion & Community Partnership (DICP) where she served as the Project Manager for their ‘Better Together’ Program.
