Overview

Davood Khalili is an accomplished physician and epidemiologist with expertise in cardiometabolic disorders. He holds an MD, MPH, and PhD, and is a faculty member at the Prevention of Metabolic Disorders Research Center at the Research Institute for Endocrine Sciences in Tehran. Cardiometabolic Research and Consulting
- Conducts research on cardiometabolic disorders within large population-based cohort studies and clinical/community/field trials.
- Specializes in developing and validating clinical prediction models for cardiovascular diseases and diabetes.
- In 2020, was recognized as being among the top 1% of scientists with the highest citations in Endocrinology and Metabolism.
- Serves as a consultant for the Ministry of Health and the WHO country office in Iran, applying his expertise in practice.
