Before joining Harvard Chan School in July 2022, Kate was the Associate Vice President for Finance at Elizabethtown College, where she lead the finance, budget, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury management and risk management functions. She previously spent two decades at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in various roles including Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration and Interim Vice Dean for Finance and Administration. Kate brings a passion for public health and a deep commitment to Harvard Chan’s educational and research missions in her role as Executive Dean for Administration.
Kate received a BA in Economics and Management from Goucher College and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business.
