Intersectionality in Leadership

2019/12/04 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Dinner provided. Click here to RSVP by 12/1!

Join Women in Leadership, the Black Student Health Organization (BSHO), and the Latinx Students in Public Health Association at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health for a panel discussion on intersectionality in public health leadership.

Panelists will discuss their experiences serving in leadership roles as women with other under-represented identities. We hope this will be a formative conversation about what we can all do to foster belonging in leadership for women of different races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, abilities, etc.

Panelists include:

  • A.G. Bernstein, co-founder, Humedica; former general partner, Optum Ventures
  • Melissa Colón, postdoctoral scholar; Project Manager, Massachusetts Essentials for Childhood
  • Jennifer Joe, physician entrepreneur, CEO and co-founder, Medstro & MedTech Boston
  • Sunita Patolia, team lead, Partners Connected Health Innovation at Partners HealthCare

Event sponsored by the Harvard Chan Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
