Summer Field Immersion Experience
This summer, I researched and analyzed Roca’s engaged institutions strategy which is a deliberate strategy to partner with police and other government agencies that most closely touch the young people at the center of urban violence. The work was supported by the Rippel Foundation and guided by a content expert in systems change and police/community relations.
