Alyce ‘s current work focusing on diversity and inclusion for MIT staff employees is the latest opportunity in a 30-year career that includes all facets of human resources (benefits, compensation, employee relations, organization development, professional development, & staffing).  She is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of programs and processes that promote and sustain diversity, equity, inclusion and respect. She currently sponsors and supports MIT’s Employee Resource Groups as part of her diversity strategy
As a coach and consultant, Alyce focuses on executive leadership coaching, change management, learning and development and talent management.
In addition to the implementation of MIT’s diversity and inclusion strategy, Alyce has led other successful change initiatives: implementation of an enterprise wide system.

She has coached leaders in higher education involving Stanford, UC Berkeley and University of Pennsylvania.    Alyce continues a long history of also coaching leaders at MIT through the Leader to Leader Program.  Additionally, she supports and facilitates the ongoing leadership lessons and opportunities for co-hort based leaders at MIT.
She has presented on understanding workplace culture and change, employee retention and related topics.  She has led sessions or consulted in such areas as behavioral event interviewing, collaborative decision-making, communication skills, competency-based human resource practices, organization development, problem solving, strategic planning, supervisory and management skills.  Alyce has also facilitated learning and development opportunities focusing on unconscious bias, micro messages, managing diverse teams, MBTI, situational leadership, talent and performance development, creativity/innovation, and related topics.  

She is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership in Benchmarks 360, 360-By-Design Assessment Tools, and Coaching for Development. She is also certified through the American Compensation Association (aka World of Work), Blanchard’s Situational Leadership, the Hay Group in Emotional Competence Inventory, CPP,Inc in MBTI and the Society of Human Resources Management.
