Isabel Ochoa Delgado, BArch, MS, MPH

Isabel Ochoa is the architect supervisor of the health offices for the city of Lima. In her role she has various responsibilities such as assessment, development and consulting. Isabel Ochoa received her degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University Gama Filho in Río de Janeiro, Brazil. Currently, she is enrolled in a specialized post graduate Master in Public Health management at the School of Administrative Sciences at the University National Federico Villarreal in Peru. Isabel serves as a facilitator in the course on the prevention of the transmission of M. tuberculosis inside healthcare facilities. Specifically, she teaches engineering controls related to natural and mechanical ventilation.
