Jamie F. Becker, MSW, LCSW

Jamie Becker is the Director of the Health Promotion Division for the Laborers’ Health & Safety Fund of North America (LHSFNA) in Washington, DC, and has been with the LHSFNA for fifteen years.  The Fund is a joint labor-management non-profit trust associated with the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA) which represents 500,000 members, primarily construction workers, in the United States and Canada.  Jamie oversees Division issues spanning health care legislation, crisis management, wellness programming, benefit development, behavioral health, mental health, substance use disorders, and drug free workplace programming.   The Division meets the needs of LIUNA members, Signatory Contractors, and other constituents from an administrative, policy, educational and clinical perspective.  Jamie sits on numerous health and safety related advisory committees and has been involved with several health and safety research studies.

Jamie has worked in the field of employee health and wellness for over twenty years and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
