As the North American business leader for Ambient Experience Solutions at Philips Healthcare, Kristin leads an innovative business that combines workflow, clinical and design methodologies to help Healthcare providers identify and prioritize patient, staff and family needs and to translate these needs into innovative designs, improved workflow and a truly unique healthcare experience. Her responsibilities include business and solution development, customer satisfaction, marketing, sales and customer service.

Kristin has over ten years of experience in technology, marketing, services and process improvement. Since joining Philips Healthcare in 2002, she has held key business, marketing, operations and leadership roles.

Kristin is also a certified Six Sigma Belt and process improvement facilitator. She has a passion for continuous improvement, an entrepreneurial spirit, and is committed to creating solutions that have a positive impact on people and healthcare practices.
