Sandra K. Cadogan-Beebe, BS, PMP

Sandra Cadogan-Beebe is a project management professional with over 20 years’ experience in healthcare and has been a PM at Boston’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since 2014. In her role, she has managed a diverse collection of projects and teams across clinical, revenue cycle, research, information services, and other areas. Additionally, Sandra supports an established project management methodology (PMM), mentors DFCI staff in the adoption of the PMM, and teaches Team Dynamics: A Project Manager’s Perspective for the DFCI Project University training program. She also serves as a board member in DFCI’s LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group and is currently the DFCI Liaison to the Human Rights Campaign, responsible for ensuring successful submission of Dana-Farber’s responses to the HRC’s biennial Health Equality Index survey. Prior to working at Dana-Farber, Sandra was a project management, software implementation, and process improvement consultant, with a focus on post-acute (home health, hospice, private duty) clients. Sandra earned her BS from Rutgers College and the Rutgers School of Business in New Brunswick, NJ and maintains her Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
