Ms. Litchfield has 22 years of experience as a Consultant and Health and Safety Manager. She has been involved in numerous industrial safety, occupational health and fitness for duty related technical and programmatic developments and management assessments for clients in a variety of work settings. She has provided hearing conservation training and conducting audiometric assessments since 1985.

Ms. Litchfield received a BS in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts in 1976, became Board certified in Occupational Health Nursing in 1993 and has been certified as an Occupational Hearing Conservationist by the Council in Accreditation for Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) since 1986. Ms. Litchfield is a past President of the Massachusetts Association of Occupational Health Nurses (term ended Dec 31, 2007) and has recently been elected to the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN) Board of Directors.
