Susan L. Madden, SM

Susan Madden is Associate Director of the Case-Based Teaching and Learning Initiative, and an Instructor in the Health Policy and Management Department at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health. Before coming to the Chan School, Susan was VP for Product Analytics at Press Ganey, Assoc., Inc., a patient satisfaction survey and data company. Prior to that, she worked for a small start-up, PatientFlow Technology, and as Manager of Clinical Data Policy and Analysis for the Massachusetts Division of Health Care Policy and Management. She has written a number of cases at the Harvard Chan School, as well as a trade book for parents of premature infants. Susan has an SM in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, and an AB in Biology from Harvard/Radcliffe College.
