Mr. Witold Tatkowski has been working in the field of radiation protection for over 20 years. He has held a variety of positions in the pharmaceutical, industrial, academic and medical settings. He has vast theoretical and practical knowledge of radiation detection, quantifying and qualifying equipment, and nuclear spectroscopy. He holds a B.Sc. degree from Franklin Pierce College.
In his current position as Administrative Director of the Division of Medical Physics and Radiation Safety, he is responsible for all aspects of the radiation safety program at Boston University and Boston Medical Center, which he accomplishes, with a staff of eight dedicated and highly-trained professionals.
