Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to

  1. Explain the Healthy Worker Survivor Effect (HWSE);
  2. Describe how prior exposure to endotoxin is associated with respiratory symptoms (i.e., byssinosis) in cotton textile workers;
  3. Discuss how prior symptoms are associated with future working status;
  4. Discuss how prior symptoms are associated with exposure levels.

This event will be in person for anyone with an active Harvard appointment (student, staff, faculty).
