Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to 1) explain how the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) governs medical testing during Pre-Placement Exams (PPE); 2) describe how the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) impacts PPEs; and to 3) interpret the requirements of the ADA when making workplace accommodations.
