Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to

1) Discuss work scheduling practices in the service sector;

2) Describe the effects of exposure to precarious scheduling on worker health and wellbeing;

3) Explain the effectiveness of labor standards in reducing work schedule instability;

4) Discuss research on automation and technology in the service sector.

 

This event will be in person for anyone with an active Harvard appointment (student, staff, faculty).
