The Association between Mental Wellbeing, Job Fulfillment, and Organizational Support during the COVID-19 Pandemic among Healthcare Workers

Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to 1) discuss the impact of COVID-19 on the mental wellbeing of Healthcare Workers (HCWs); 2) discuss HCW’s perceptions of mental wellbeing support at the workplace; 3) describe which groups are more impacted by mental wellbeing, and to 4) explain approaches organizations can take to better address the mental wellbeing of their employees.

 

A Randomized Trial to Investigate the Impact of Professional Development Coaching for Physicians

Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to 1) provide details about the complex problem of burnout in healthcare workers; 2) describe the impact of COVID-19 on burnout and wellbeing in healthcare workers, and 3) discuss one approach to reduce physician burnout taken by a nationally recognized teaching hospital.

This event will be in person for anyone with an active Harvard appointment (student, staff, faculty).
