Harvard Chan Research Scientist Seminar Series

We cordially invite the entire Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health community to join us for the Research Scientist Association Seminar Series spotlighting exciting research from Harvard T.H. Chan Research Scientists.

This session will highlight work from recent RSA award winners:

Jennifer Mitchel, PhD (Research Scientist, Environmental Health): “Moving in a Crowd: Decoding the Epithelial Unjamming Transition” Dr. Mitchell will discuss how cellular migration occurs in a crowded multicellular environment.

Danielle Braun, PhD (Senior Research Scientist, Biostatistics): “Multi-syndrome, multi-gene risk modeling for individuals with a family history of cancer with the novel R package PanelPRO” Dr. Braun’s talk focuses on PanelPRO, a new, open-source R package providing a fast, flexible back-end for multi-gene, multi-cancer risk modeling with pedigree data.
