Legacy of Slavery: Forum on Legacy of Slavery Report Recommendations, Part I

November 29th, 2022 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

In April 2022, Harvard University published the Harvard & Legacy of Slavery Report detailing the university’s ties to slavery and the slavery economy. The report also included a set of Recommendations on actions that can be taken by the university, which was generated by the university’s President’s Committee on Harvard & the Legacy of Slavery.

This session will focus on Recommendations 1-4 of the report, while capturing community member feedback on corresponding actions the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health can take in each respective domain.

This session is intended to be interactive and will be facilitated by senior administrators from the Harvard Chan School.
