This Grand Rounds by David Sterns, MD, MPH, a second year occupational medicine resident and Jennifer Christian, MD, MPH,  CEO of Webility Corporation, will address a variety of disability issues including the risk factors for unexpectedly poor functional outcomes of injuries and illnesses, the three main work disability systems and common causes/cures in work disability situations.
