In honor of Latinx Heritage Month, Dalina Soto, bilingual Registered Dietitian, will cover how to incorporate a positive nutrition messaging to your nutrition work. With so much negative information in the world around cultural foods and nutrition, Dalina has found that speaking on the positives changes the narratives and allows people to make small sustainable changes.

Learn more about Dalina and her work by clicking this link, which will lead to the Your Latina Nutritionist website.

Dalina Soto MA, RD, LDN is a Spanish speaking registered dietitian. Dalina works as one of the few Spanish speaking RDs in the Philadelphia area and virtually across the country, teaching her clients how to ditch the diet mentality and keep their culture alive.
