This two-session Roundtable, hosted jointly by the Harvard China Health Partnership and the Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies, seeks to generate new and innovative ideas to help China develop a health and eldercare system to meet the needs of its ageing population in light of demographic shifts. We have assembled an interdisciplinary group of almost 20 leading thinkers from the US, Asia and Europe to share their ideas, research and practical experience for adaptation to the Chinese cultural, social and institutional contexts.
