Dr. Rashaun Roberts, Associate Director for DEI in the Office of the Director at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), will discuss the need for advancing DEI in a public health institution and outline the strategic planning initiative undertaken to identify DEI priorities at NIOSH. She will also describe the implementation initiative currently in progress.
