Abstract: The TB field has a rudimentary understanding of the bacterial features that may contribute to differences in clinically and epidemiologically relevant outcomes. Here we describe the use of population genomics and high throughput phenogenomic profiling to define novel drivers of TB treatment failure and transmission.
