Worker Well-Being During COVID: Lessons Learned

July 21st, 2021 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Headshots of speakers and event title

Prior to 2020, workplace well-being was already an area of growing interest for workers, employers, researchers, and public policymakers. The pandemic has served as a catalyst, sparking more urgent conversations and attention to worker well-being. In light of this renewed interest, the Lee Kum Sheung Center for Health and Happiness invites you to join us for a panel discussion focused on recent learnings about workplace well-being, employee resilience, and the implications for our health outcomes.

Jane Kim, Dean for Academic Affairs at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, will give welcome remarks, and Howard Koh, Harvey V. Fineberg Professor of the Practice of Public Health Leadership at the Harvard Chan School, will moderate the discussion. Speakers include Jonathan Isaacson (Chairman and CEO of The Gem Group, Inc.), and Laura Kubzansky and Vish Viswanath (Co-Directors of the Lee Kum Sheung Center for Health and Happiness).

This seminar is the first in a two-part series focused on employee well-being and happiness.
