Applicants to the HGPHNL Certificate Program will apply through SOPHAS Express. The deadline for applications for academic year 2024-2025 is March 15, 2024. Application requirements include the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or non-U.S. equivalent
- Personal statement of purpose and objectives
- Curriculum vitae
- Two letters of reference from individuals with knowledge of the candidate’s leadership experience and potential
- SOPHAS Express application fee
- English proficiency: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), International English Language Testing System (IELTS), and Duolingo English Test
Proficiency in written and spoken English is considered essential for a successful learning experience.
All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation upon successful completion of the program.
