HCSA Community Engagement Award

The Harvard Chan Student Association’s Community Engagement Award represents a unique opportunity for students and community members to recognize faculty, researchers, and staff who have served as a source of inspiration by demonstrating a commitment to improving health and well-being in the communities where they work. Community engagement and partnership may include service-learning courses, advocacy, community-based participatory research and action research projects, research bringing disparities to light and implementation of programs to address them, etc.

Who is eligible to receive the Harvard Chan Student Government Community Engagement Award?
Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health faculty, researchers, and staff.

Who may submit a nomination?
Current Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health students and non-Harvard-affiliated community members may nominate school faculty, researchers, and staff by submitting a nomination form. Nominating statements should be no more than 2000 characters and should use specific examples to describe why you feel this person should be recognized.

When is the deadline for nominations?
