Research Interests
My primary research interest focuses on developing statistical and computational methods to solve challenging problems in statistical genetics and genomics, such as computational methods for big data, mixed model theory and application, high-dimensional data analysis, rare genetic variant association analysis, meta-analysis, survival analysis, and gene-environment interactions. I am also interested in collaborative research on genetic studies of complex human diseases.
